Nuet Spritz

When we founded Nuet in 2018 the goal was to show the world the full potential of aquavit through innovation and passion. We wanted to show how easily one can make amazing cocktails based on aquavit in your own kitchen. The result was the Nuet Lemonade, which our former colleague Martin stumbled upon on one of his trips to his remote cabin in Jotunheimen. The Nuet Lemonade is simply Nuet Dry Aquavit and cloudy lemonade, built in a glass over ice. Fresh, simple and delicious.

The Nuet Spritz Spritz is the bubbly cousin of the Nuet Lemonade. Made with grapefruit, yuzu, lemon, ginger and of course the Nuet Dry Aquavit. It’s a fresh citrusy drink with gentle bubbles that really shows just what amazing things one can do with an innovative aquavit.
